Designed as a party-sized pre-mixed that is packed with the tastes of a holiday season, making it ideal for a holiday party. Save the extra syrup to use in morning drinks, desserts, or to mix another batch of bikinis.
Bikini
Makes enough for 10 people
Ingredients for the Citrus Syrup (makes 750ml)
300ml newly squeezed clementine juice
200ml recently pressed lemon juice
500g caster sugar
To make the Drink (yields 850ml, serving 10)
400ml premium vodka
100ml London dry gin
150ml peach-flavored liqueur
200ml clementine cordial (see above)
A few cranberries, as a garnish
Mandarin essential oil, for finishing
Instructions
For the Syrup: Put every items into a pan, bring to a gentle boil, agitating to dissolve. After that, take off the burner allowing it to cool fully. Pour into an clean bottle, close it and store in the refrigerator, it can be stored for about one month.
For the Premix: Mix the specified liquids into one large bottle, let it rest for one hour, then pass it through best through muslin, making it fully clarified.
To serve: Measure 85ml of the cocktail base to a cocktail shaker containing ice, and agitate carefully for a minute until cold. Filter into an cold coupe glass or similar, decorate with some cranberries and finish with a light spray of the essential oil over the drink.
